Rooms were clean and in good repair. Front desk was friendly. Overall good value for the money

As always clean rooms and great service. This time there were several events happening in the lobby. There was loud noise, no clean towels and the breakfast was limited. It looked like they were not ready for the big crowd.

Always try to book Holiday Inn as we look its amenities especially the breakfast. Well, this time it was 80% experience. All was great except the Pool which this time of year is a must especially traveling with kids. Pool was nasty green, Had STRONG clorox smell. it did ruined the moment. Attachd are pics of what tgey advertice vs what it actually lookd like. Askd front desk and lady said it was like that for days.

I have stayed at this location 2 weeks in a row (minus weekends) due to work travel. Overall, both stays were good. Both hotel rooms I stayed in were clean, in good repair and everything in the room worked properly. I did not notice any signs of bugs, mold or anything else that would deter me from staying. I use a special light to check for bed bugs and none were noted in either room. All of the staff were pleasant and able to answer any questions I had. I liked that Ribeyes is within walking distance to the hotel as this was convenient for me after working all day coming back to my hotel room. The location is right off the highway which is convenient. I felt the entrance to turn into the hotel could be better lit and actually have signage because the road is very dark at night and it is not clear. When it is raining and dark, you will drive by several times before you see the road even with bright lights on. Most hotels, you turn into their parking lot but this one you turn on a road that doesn't seem to be leading to the hotel, then turn left and keep going past Ribeyes to get to the hotel. This makes sense once you are there but on the first night, it was super confusing. The breakfast is standard Holiday Inn Express, basic but gave me what I needed to make a breakfast sandwich each morning on the go. I like the coffee machine, it allowed me to fill my travel mug to take on the road with me.

I stayed here with my family last night and it was AMAZING. The beds are SO comfy. Like that was actually the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The whole building is so clean and smells so good. The workers are super nice , especially the housekeeping ladies. The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel and I’ve stayed at quite a few. The girl working in the breakfast area this morning was super friendly and helped make some pancakes for my daughter. I would recommend this place to any and everyone. I hope one day I have another reason to drive to through Williamston again just so I can stay here.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past and have never had a problem with Roaches, unclean rooms, or Staff being Rude. The only issue was the Air conditioner didn’t work and they moved me to a different room. I have always found Smiling faces and welcoming service. The Front desk staff was quick to check me in. My room was Clean and smelled fresh. I’m the morning the breakfast lady was very kind and even asked how everything was with the food (First time this has ever happened in a Hotel and I practically live in hotels) Thank you for helping install customer service in your staff and I will definitely be staying here more when I am in the area working.

Super clean hotel! This is actually my second visit here and I forgot how nice it was. The rooms are updated and modern with cable TV. I forgot to put my Do Not Disturb sign on the door and the housekeeping was so kind and made the bed and gave new linens even for my one night stay. Location is close enough to a few restaurants and grocery stores but not right in the city. Definitely will stay again if I’m in the area!

My husband and I just stayed the week in this hotel. I was a little worried after reading prior reviews but our expectations were exceeded. The room was clean and quiet…. housekeeping came by daily to get trash and restock anything we needed. The breakfast was good and the front desk was always friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!
